Yes. We treat homes all over Rathdrum (83858), including Twin Lakes and the newer neighborhoods on the Rathdrum Prairie. We also cover nearby Spirit Lake (83869), Athol (83801), Hayden, Hayden Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene.

Much of Rathdrum borders open prairie and fields. When temperatures drop in October and November, field mice move into garages, crawl spaces and walls looking for warmth. We find and seal their entry points, set tamper-resistant bait stations outside, and trap the mice already inside.

Hobo spiders, wolf spiders and black widows are the ones we see most. Hobo spiders build funnel webs in window wells, woodpiles and along foundations, and black widows like garages and outdoor furniture. Brown recluses are not native to North Idaho. Our barrier treatment and web sweeps keep them outside.

Yellowjackets in Rathdrum often nest underground in lawns and fields, as well as under eaves and decks, and they peak in late summer. Don't pour gasoline into a ground nest or try to seal it. We treat the nest directly and keep coming back if it stays active.

Yes. Carpenter ants are common on wooded lots around Twin Lakes and the edges of town, especially in spring when snowmelt softens wood. Sugar ants (odorous house ants) show up in kitchens. We use exterior sprays and interior gel baits that target the whole colony.

Yes. Keeping your family and pets safe is our top priority. Rodent bait goes in locked, tamper-resistant stations outside, and we use traps indoors, so kids and pets can't get to it.
