Crosstown Pest Control is dedicated to providing effective pest control and excellent customer service. We offer a variety of service options to meet your needs and strive for a pest-free environment.

Service Options

  • Recurring Services: Monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and other recurring plans are available. All recurring services include a 90-day re-service warranty. If pests return within 90 days of your service, we will re-treat your property for free.
  • One-Time/Single Services: Include a 30-day warranty.

Pro Tip: Quarterly service is strongly recommended. This provides year-round protection, maximizes warranty benefits, and is the most cost-effective solution in the long run.

Warranty Details

Coverage: Crosstown provides a warranty between services to cover pest issues that may arise.

Maintaining Warranty:

  • Sanitation: You MUST adhere to the sanitation and cleanliness guidelines provided by the technicians.
  • Service Schedule: For recurring services, maintaining the service schedule (especially the quarterly winter service) is crucial for continued warranty coverage.
  • Service Alignment (Pull-Up Policy): To remain compliant with safety regulations regarding product application frequency, Crosstown reserves the right to "pull up" or consolidate a regular quarterly service with a requested callback.
    • If a callback is requested within 14 to 21 days of a scheduled service, we may perform the full regular service during that visit.
    • This ensures we do not exceed application limits for specific products while providing a comprehensive barrier rather than a temporary spot-treatment. This determination is made at the sole discretion of Crosstown Pest Control.

Pest Control Limitations: While we strive for elimination, complete eradication cannot always be guaranteed. If we cannot resolve an issue after multiple attempts, you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent service.

Exclusions

Crosstown does NOT offer services or warranties for the following:

  • Pocket gophers & Moles
  • Bats & Birds
  • Small mammals (e.g., squirrels)
  • Bed bugs
  • Termites

Winter service is a vital preventative measure that targets overwintering pests and helps prevent spring infestations. Customers who decline winter service may experience increased pest activity in the spring and may be subject to service charges for related callbacks.
