Do I have to sign an agreement?

No. The 12-month service agreement is optional — it discounts your initial visit to $125 on any plan. Without one you pay the full initial price and then the same monthly rate, month to month, and you can cancel any time. The monthly rate never changes either way.

Mouse & rodent pricing

Rodent work is priced separately from general pest service.

• $349 initial when you start any recurring plan, plus your monthly rate
• $699 initial on its own, without a plan
• Includes weekly visits over 3–4 weeks, a full inspection, up to 2 large rodent stations, 8 small stations, and 8 Mini-Rex traps
• Additional equipment: $35 per large station, $7 per small station, $5 per extra trap

For homes with real rodent pressure we usually recommend Home Pro or higher, since those plans include interior trapping rather than exterior baiting alone.

Mosquito & tick control

• Built into Home & Yard+ at $85/month
• Add-on to Home Pro: $10/month
• Existing customers: $99/month through the summer, or $79/month prepaid for the remaining season
• Mosquito-only plan: $125 per service
• One-time treatment, new customer: $299

What can change your price

Initial pricing covers interior and exterior preventative treatment on homes up to 3,999 square feet. Extra outbuildings or an existing pest issue may increase the initial price. Homes outside our regular service area may be subject to higher initial or recurring prices to offset drive time. We do not treat for termites, bed bugs, gophers, or bats, and we do not guarantee against damage from wood-destroying organisms.
